1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of AK Locksmith Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
AK Locksmith Services provides residential, automotive, and commercial locksmith services in Davenport, FL and surrounding areas. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Proof of Ownership
All customers requesting lockout services must provide valid proof of ownership or authorized access to the property or vehicle. AK Locksmith Services reserves the right to request identification and will not perform services when legitimate access cannot be verified.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Service fees will be communicated before work begins. Emergency and after-hours services are subject to additional fees which will be disclosed upfront.
5. Liability
AK Locksmith Services carries full liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of services provided. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. All work is guaranteed and we will return to correct any issues related to our workmanship at no additional charge.
6. Cancellation
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us as soon as possible by calling (689) 221-7352. Emergency service calls that result in dispatch of a technician may incur a trip fee upon cancellation after dispatch.
