Safe Services

  • Safe opening — lost combination, lost key, dead keypad or a lock that stopped working.
  • Combination changes — after an employee leaves, when you buy a used safe or move into a home that came with one.
  • Lock and keypad service — repairing or replacing a worn dial, key lock or electronic keypad.

How Safe Opening Works

We start with the least invasive option. An electronic keypad that won't respond often just needs fresh batteries, and a sticking dial or key lock may only need service. When a safe can't be opened any other way, drilling may be needed — we'll walk you through the options and the price first.

Before opening any safe, we check your ID and confirm the safe is yours or that you're authorized to open it.

Safes for Businesses

For businesses, on electronic locks that support multiple user codes, we can set up a separate code for each manager, so you can remove one person's access without changing everyone's code.

Call or text (689) 221-7352 for a quote. We serve homes and businesses across Central Florida, 24/7.

Frequently Asked Questions

I forgot my safe's combination. Can you open it?

Yes. Call or text us the make and model of the safe, if you know it, and a photo of the lock. We'll explain the options and confirm the price by phone before we come out.

Will you have to drill my safe?

Not always. We start with the least invasive option. Some safes can only be opened by drilling; if that's the case, we'll tell you before we start.

What do you need from me?

A photo ID and proof that the safe is yours or that you're authorized to open it, such as the home or business address on your ID, a lease or a purchase receipt.

Can you open the in-room safe at my vacation rental?

Yes, with the property owner's or manager's permission. Have them confirm by phone, or ask them to call us directly.

Locked Out or Need a Key?

Call (689) 221-7352 — or text us a photo of your key or lock and we'll reply with a price.
